We have added a new "Selected Works" section to the Our Work page. Under the theme "small tools for small local businesses," we will gradually introduce the tools we have built.

The first is "Hatake Memo," a farm-work logging app for nearby farmers. You can see it in Our Work.

We have released the v0.1 Demo of the "Pet Record Management System," a tool we build in-house, on our Products page. No login required—try it right in your browser.

What it is

A pet growth-management tool developed using an apricot standard poodle living in Japan as a real-world sample. It brings daily care records and SNS content creation together in one place.

Main features

• Dog profile: breed, coat color, sex, weight, food, vaccines, deworming, and other basics.
• Daily log: breakfast, dinner, treats, water, stool condition, walk time, training, and mood.
• Care calendar: brushing, bathing, paw and face trimming, ear cleaning, tooth brushing, grooming appointments, and more.
• Growth summary: observation points and reminders generated locally by rules from recent records.
• Content generator: auto-drafts posts and video titles for Xiaohongshu, YouTube Shorts, X, and Japanese pet diaries.
• Works in the browser on both smartphone and PC.

Before you use it

This is a v0.1 Demo. Data is stored only in your browser (localStorage) and is never sent to a server. The AI summary is, for now, generated locally by rules and does not constitute veterinary diagnosis. If you notice any concerning symptoms, please consult a veterinarian.

We are considering future extensions such as login, cloud storage, image upload, multi-pet management, and full AI integration. We would love to hear your thoughts after trying it.

We have published an early version of an in-house tool on the Products page: a nature field guide called "Hakubutsushi." You can try it right in your browser.

What it is

A browser-based digital field guide to common birds, insects, plants, and reptiles of Japan. Each species starts as a grey, dormant entry. When you encounter and photograph one in real life, you "light it up"—saving your own photo along with the date, place, and field notes. Only after lighting it up does the entry reveal the species' classification, habits, and identification points.

In this release

• Around 50 common Japanese species (birds, insects, plants, reptiles/amphibians, mammals).
• A "collect by encounter" mechanic: encounter → photograph → record → light up.
• A washi-paper surface and Mincho typography, evoking an old natural-history book.
• Photos and notes are stored only on your own device (in the browser) and are never sent anywhere.
• Both regions and species information are editable; you can add your own species.

On accuracy

Much of the current classification, scientific names, and habits are pre-filled drafts, shown by default as "unverified." This is a deliberate margin: information that has not been checked should not be presented as settled fact. These materials will be reviewed and expanded over time.

Working from a native Chinese speaker's instinct combined with the Japanese sensibility built through years of life and business practice in Japan, we carefully bridge the nuances between the two languages.

2. AI Visual Content Production

As a more recent direction, we provide AI-powered visual content production services for Chinese-speaking sellers operating e-commerce businesses in the Japanese market. Our main deliverables include:

• Main image (key visual) design for Rakuten and Amazon JP
• Comic-style storyboards that convey product concepts
• Videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube

Because production is AI-led, we can flexibly handle any product category, item, or situation, reaching "the level of quality acceptable in the Japanese market" without traditional photography resources. We also support refinement workflows, polishing drafts that clients have already prepared. 3. YouTube Channel

We operate a YouTube channel as a long-running project. The channel focuses on in-depth content for a global audience, taking up themes such as Japanese life, culture, film, literature, and historical topics.

The channel's concept is the quiet, textured space of an old bookstore. Rather than chasing volume of information or speed of turnover, we prioritize the lingering aftertaste that remains after viewing.

The writing, editing, and visual composition experience accumulated through this channel feeds back into our translation work and AI visual content production. The perspective of "how do we design the reader's or viewer's concentration?" informs our daily practice.
